– Ryan Joseph Guidos, 32, no address listed, was charged with drug paraphernalia after officers discovered a burnt pipe with white powder residue in the driver door of his vehicle during a traffic stop at 4:58 p.m. Dec. 26. A passenger, William Scott Santimarino, 35, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbiana County.

– Mary F. Judy, 54, no address listed, was charged with theft, possession of criminal tools and resisting arrest after officers responded to a Dresden Avenue business at 4:41 p.m. Dec. 24 where she had allegedly concealed several items in her purse and failed to scan 14 items valued at $111.76, then refused to comply with orders after being told she was under arrest and would not put her hands behind her back.

– An officer responded to the 16000 block of Dresden Avenue at 8:38 p.m. Friday in reference to a protection order violation.

– An individual reported on station at 10:13 p.m. Dec. 17 the theft of two packages she had delivered to her son’s address in St. Clair Township.

– Crystal L. Slagle, 52, no address listed, was charged with petty theft for allegedly placing 86 items valued at $428.89 in reusable bags she brought into a Dresden Avenue business and proceeded past all points of payment at 3:38 p.m. Dec. 14.
