-- Police responded to state Route 45 for a report of a reckless driver at 7:41 a.m. Friday, but were unable to make contact after checking the area.
-- Police responded to the 700 block of Sunset Drive for a welfare check on a woman at 7:40 a.m. Jan. 24. The front door was open at the house and there was no car in the driveway. Police entered the house and also checked a park the woman was known to frequent but did not find her. The woman was later found by a relative and was OK.
-- Police received a report from a man that someone had hacked his Facebook profile several months ago, changed the login, and was scamming people out of money at 4:06 p.m. Jan. 24. The man said that someone posted on Lisbon Talk that day that he had scammed an elderly woman out of money, but it wasn't him, it was the other hacked account.
-- Police attempted to make contact in the 600 block of West Lincoln Way with a woman who was reported missing and was believed to be dealing with some mental health issues at 3:57 p.m. Jan. 24. The person who made the report later called in and said they had contacted the missing woman and she was OK.
-- An officer working a school detail at David Anderson Jr. Sr. High School reported by radio that someone was experiencing an allergic reaction at 8:06 p.m. Jan. 23. The officer stood by with the patient until emergency medical services arrived.
-- An officer responded to the 300 block of East Washington Street for a possible domestic dispute at 4:59 p.m. Jan. 23. The officer talked to both parties who reported a verbal argument with nothing physical occurring. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.
-- An officer responded to the 200 block of West Washington Street for a report of a damaged fence at 11:39 a.m. Jan. 23. The officer spoke with the homeowner and advised the homeowner that a report would be kept on file.
-- Officers responded to the 200 block of North Beaver Street for a report of people breaking into an apartment at 7:17 p.m. Jan. 22. The reporting party provided video and a possible location of the involved people. After speaking to the involved people, they said they were only checking a doorway for damage and that no entry had been made.
-- Xiomara Ramos Zepeda, 30, Canton, was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no driver's license, and red light after a traffic stop at 6:21 a.m. Jan. 21 near Carter Lumber on East Lincoln Way.
-- An officer was dispatched to the 700 block of East Lincoln Way for a person to be removed at 4:46 p.m. Jan. 16. The officer spoke with both parties and established residency for the person in question. The homeowner was told they would need to file for an eviction notice.
