— James Ziser, 66, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was cited for failure to control after he failed to negotiate a curve to the right with the eastbound vehicle he was driving on Butcher Road in Salem Township at 11:05 a.m. Jan. 19, traveling off of the road and striking a ditch and a utility pole.

— Skylynn McConnell, 23, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to control after she drove her northwestbound vehicle off of the east side of state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 10 a.m. Jan. 19, striking an embankment.
