-- Robert Krebs, 56, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to control after his southbound vehicle went off of the road and struck a ditch at 7:52 p.m. Jan. 17 in Center Township. Krebs was taken to East Liverpool City Hospital by LifeFleet for treatment of minor injuries.
-- Roy Larkins, 57, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, was cited for unsecured load after a piece of debris came off of his northbound trailer on state Route 39, Washington Township, and struck a southbound vehicle driven by Richard Beadnell, 58, Lincoln Street Extension, Salineville, at 5:38 p.m. Jan. 16.
-- Seaira Moore, 18, Depot Street, Rogers, was cited for reasonable control after losing control of the northwestbound vehicle she was driving on old state Route 558, Salem Township, and striking an embankment at 2:25 p.m. Jan. 14.
-- Malissa Moore, 50, Cornell Street, East Liverpool, was cited for reasonable control after her southbound vehicle on Cannons Mill Road, Madison Township, traveled off of the road at 4:41 p.m. Jan. 13.
-- Carly Meckler, 21, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was cited for traffic control devices after failing to yield the right of way while driving her eastbound vehicle on state Route 154 being struck by a northbound vehicle driven by Tia Kaufman, 38, York Springs, Pa., which then went off of the road and struck a business sign at 3:29 p.m. Jan. 13 in Rogers.
-- Mason Seachrist, 47, Canfield, was cited for passing on right after he attempted to pass a northbound vehicle driven by Nicholas Deem, 27, Industry, Pa., who was on the state Route 11 exit ramp stopped at the stop sign and was turning right onto state Route 344. The Seachrist vehicle was behind the Deem vehicle, then attempted to pass it and was struck by Deem's trailer unit at 3:50 p.m. Jan. 12 in Fairfield Township.
-- Kyle Devine, 38, Fair Avenue, Salem, was cited for improper passing after his eastbound vehicle on U.S. Route 62 left his lane of travel and struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Heather Koons, 20, Depot Road, Salem, who was trying to overtake the Devine vehicle at 7:14 p.m. Jan. 8 in Butler Township.
-- Tina Conrad, 64, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was cited for failure to yield after pulling out of a private drive on state Route 45 in Center Township and striking a southeastbound vehicle driven by Jocelyn Beaver, 46, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool at 4:27 p.m. Jan. 8.
-- John Strader, 57, Michigan Boulevard, Salem, was cited for failure to yield after his eastbound vehicle on Salem Grange Road stopped at the stop sign at state Route 45 and entered the intersection, striking a westbound vehicle driven by John Baum, 71, state Route 45, Lisbon, which had stopped at the stop sign at state Route 45 and entered the intersection at 4:55 p.m. Jan. 5 in Salem Township.
-- Bruce Bush, 69, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, was cited for failure to control after he drove his westbound vehicle off of the left side of state Route 344 in Fairfield Township at 6:52 p.m. Jan. 23 and struck a utility pole. Another vehicle driven by Alexis Smith, 20, Cross Street, Columbiana, was traveling eastbound on state Route 344 when it struck downed wires from the utility pole.
-- Jason Mort, 56, Glasgow Road, Salineville, was cited for assured clear distance after he ran into the back of another vehicle, driven by Bobbie Lester, 35, Fourth Street, Salem, while Lester was stopped in traffic northbound at the intersection of state Route 45 and Saltwell Road in Lisbon at 4:21 p.m. Jan. 23.
