Lisbon

— A woman on North Beaver Street reported at 11:50 a.m. Monday that a man was at her residence again, after being told not to be there. He left before police arrived. She had him on video walking up to her apartment building and looking inside her mailbox. He didn’t put anything inside the mailbox. Police made contact with him and he denied going to the apartment. When told about the video, he claimed she had his dog and told him to come and get it. He said he told her to keep it because he was homeless. He denied sending emails to her and was told to have no contact whatsoever with her. She said he lied about the dog and that the dog belonged to his mother and she couldn’t care for it anymore and signed the dog over to them.

— Officers were dispatched to a medical at 9:58 p.m. Dec. 16 in the 600 block of North Market Street for an unresponsive male and began life-saving measures while awaiting EMS and stayed after EMS arrived until no longer needed.

— A person was reported on the back porch of a residence in the 300 block of West Washington Street in pajamas at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 16. The person also went to the front of the residence. Police were unable to find anyone matching the description.

— A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:03 p.m. Dec. 16 on Garfield Street, but police determined it was a solicitor with a permit who parked there to walk.

— A caller at 5:49 p.m. Dec. 15 reported 4-wheelers or ATVs on the road at Thomas Road and Sunset Drive. An officer parked in the area for 20 minutes but did not see or hear any ATVs or 4-wheelers.

— Police checked on a complaint at 5:29 p.m. Dec. 15 of vehicles in the road, parked, loading and unloading with no lights on. An officer found the vehicles, but they had four-way flashers on, making them visible and they were loading furniture.

— A woman on North Beaver Street reported at 11:59 a.m. Dec. 15 that she thought her ex-boyfriend had been entering the upstairs apartment, saying that she hears noises up there. A person from mental health was there with keys and both apartments were checked with no one inside. Both doors had been locked and were relocked.

— A suspicious person wearing a ski mask and holding an airsoft gun was reported in the area of West Lincoln Way near St. Jacob Logtown Road at 5:35 p.m. Dec. 13, but no one was found.

— Police were called at 9:25 a.m. Dec. 13 to the juvenile court parking lot for an alleged incident between a man and woman who had an argument after court. The man said he was trying to talk to her through the window of her car and when she pulled out, her mirror hit his left arm. He just wanted a report on file. She told police later that she asked him twice to move so she could leave and he wouldn’t so she started to back up and her mirror did touch him, but she was going slow. She said she advised children services about the incident.

— A man reported at 9:03 a.m. Dec. 13 that he may have accidentally dropped his wallet at BP gas station, state Route 154. He checked with BP and nobody turned it in.

— A woman from East Liverpool reported at 6:44 a.m. Dec. 13 that she was westbound on West Lincoln Way and had the flashing yellow light when a black SUV traveling north on Beaver Street went through the flashing red light and struck her vehicle, then kept going.

— Assistance was given at 12:31 p.m. Dec. 11 to an elderly male that walked out of Allay Senior Care on Pendleton Street and was found walking east on West Pine Street. He was given a ride back to Allay and released to a caretaker.

— An active fire alarm was reported at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Days Inn hotel on state Route 154. Officers discovered the alarm was activated by a broken hot water pipe in the basement. Officers stood by until the Lisbon Fire Department arrived and turned off the water supply.

— A person was reported going door to door selling something at 6:44 p.m. Dec. 7 on East Lincoln Way. No one was found.

— Officers at 6:03 p.m. Dec. 7 located an elderly female after receiving multiple reports due to the female having several apparent injuries walking around the Lisbon area. EMS arrived and she was transported to an area hospital.
