Highway Patrol
— Glenn Grub, 61, Salem, was cited for failure to yield and hit and skip after his northbound vehicle on state Route 7 failed to stop at a red light and struck a vehicle driven northwest on state Route 46 by Anna Saunders, 72, New Waterford, before leaving the scene of the crash at 11:24 a.m. Dec. 13 in Fairfield Township. Saunders was transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Youngstown by New Waterford EMS for suspected minor injuries.
