— Kara Glick, 42, Columbiana, was cited for assured clear distance ahead and distracted driving after her northbound vehicle on state Route 9 struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Karrie Varagliotti, 53, Hanoverton, while it was stopped to make a left turn into a private driveway at 2:45 p.m. Thursday in Hanoverton. No injuries were reported.
