— Brayeden Shaw, 21, Alliance, was cited for failure to control after his northbound vehicle on Homeworth Road went off the right side of the roadway, over corrected, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday in Knox Township. No injuries were reported.

— Linda Surace, 81, Columbiana, was cited for distracted driving after her eastbound vehicle on state Route 14 went off the right side of the roadway striking a guardrail at 4:52 p.m. Monday in Salem Township. No injuries were reported

— Eugene Prendergast, 75, Minerva, was cited for left of center and a seatbelt violation after his eastbound vehicle on state Route 172 went left of center, striking a vehicle driven northbound by Michael Kohmann, 39, Alliance, causing it to go off the right side of the roadway and its trailer to overturn at 7:46 p.m. Dec. 7 in West Township. Prendergast was transported to Canton Mercy Hospital by family for possible injuries and Kohmann refused treatment for suspected minor injuries.

— Jerry Dotson, 24, Wellsville, was cited for failure to control after his northwest bound vehicle on state Route 267 went off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail at 7:29 p.m. Dec. 4. Dotson was transported to East Liverpool Hospital by West Point EMS for suspected minor injuries.

— Logan Jones,33, Lisbon, was cited for left of center and a seatbelt violation after his southbound vehicle on Beeson Mill Road went left of center, striking a tractor driven northbound by Bradlyn Lehman, 15, Leetonia, and going off the left side of the roadway at 3:08 p.m. Dec. 4 in Fairfield Township. Jones refused treatment on scene for suspected minor injuries.
