— Landyn Powell, 19, Salem, was cited for failure to control after his northbound vehicle on Duck Creek Road lost control and went off the left side of the roadway striking a ditch at 8:04 p.m. Monday. No injuries were reported.

— A vehicle driven north in the southbound lane on Youngstown Salem Road by Thomas Evans, 41, Boardman, struck a vehicle driven south by Robert Cadwell, 70, Salem, before spinning around a striking a vehicle driven south by Bryon Chadwick, 55, Lisbon, at 2:35 p.m. Monday. The Green Township Fire Department transported Cadwell to Mercy Health Hospital Boardman for suspected minor injuries and Chadwick to the Salem hospital for suspected minor injuries.

— Donald Shogren, no age or address listed, was cited for speeding after his southbound vehicle on Youngstown Salem Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 10:27 a.m. Monday.

— Officers responded to the area of Youngstown Salem Road at 10:11 p.m. Dec. 16 for a report of a reckless driver. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.
