— Officers responded to the 300 block of Moore Street at 3:39 p.m. Dec. 14 in reference to an unresponsive woman. The woman was found deceased with no foul play suspected.
— A juvenile turned herself in on an outstanding warrant at 9:25 a.m. Dec. 14. The juvenile was evaluated at the East Liverpool hospital and transported to the Tobin Center.
— Officers responded with medical personnel to the 100 block of West Fourth Street at 11:49 p.m. Dec. 12 in reference to a suicidal woman who had ingested multiple pills. The woman was transported to the East Liverpool hospital.
— Christopher Wood, 30, no address listed, was arrested for violating a protection order with a no contact order after officers responded to a Wilbert Avenue home where he reportedly beat up a resident.
— Officers responded to the 600 block of Oak Street at 3:46 p.m. Dec. 9 in reference to vehicles in alley with tires slashed and windows broken out.
— Officers responded to a 500 block First Avenue home at 2:26 p.m. Dec. 9 in reference to a dead body. No foul play was found and the coroner’s office was notified.
— April Badamo, no age or address listed, was cited for no motorcycle license and fictitious plates following a traffic stop on River Road at 4:15 a.m. Dec. 9. A consent search of Badamo’s belongings revealed a cellophane wrapper with folded paper inside of a wallet and a crystal like substance inside the cellophane, which was sent to BCI for testing.
— A woman reported at 8:38 p.m. Dec. 7 in reference to a man sending a sensitive video of her to other people without consent. The matter was forwarded to the detective bureau for further investigation.
— A woman reported on station at 1:56 p.m. Dec. 7 that while getting her juvenile daughter into her car after a preschool Christmas event another person had driven a vehicle near her vehicle, nearly striking her, and calling her names.
— A Fisher Avenue resident reported at 7:15 p.m. Dec. 6 her ex-husband had contacted her despite a protection order.
— An officer responded to the 500 block of Wilbert Avenue at 12:37 p.m. Dec. 6 in reference to a juvenile who sent a nude photo via social media to another juvenile. The juvenile’s parent was advised of the incident.
— Officers responded to the East Liverpool City Hospital at 6:45 a.m. Dec. 6 in reference to several goats in the parking lot. The owner of the goats was notified and was en route to retrieve them.
— Officers responded to the 600 block of Broadway Street at 1:42 a.m. Dec. 6 in reference to a vehicle fire and learned that is was intentional. The fire was contained and extinguished by the fire department. The matter is under investigation
— Officers responded to the 700 block of St. Clair Avenue at 12:20 a.m. Dec. 5 in reference to a man wanting a woman removed from his apartment. Officers spoke with woman in question who said the man had asked her to bring alcohol and she was leaving after the caller had received the alcohol.
— A Fisher Avenue resident reported at 7:29 p.m. Dec. 4 that her ex-spouse had been attempting to contact her despite a protection order.
— Officers responded to the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 6:29 p.m. Dec. 4 in reference to a juvenile who had assaulted a family member. The juvenile was placed into custody and transported to the Tobin Center.
— Officers responded to the 600 block of St. Clair Avenue at 4:37 p.m. Dec. 4 where a resident reported a man knocking at the door following several weeks of issues. The person in question was advised to leave the resident alone.
— An officer responded to the Halls China on Anna Street at 8:48 a.m. Dec. 4 in reference to someone stealing a pile of copper wire and some tools. Security footage showed that the individual was possibly scared away from an employee arriving at the business.
— Earl R. Thorne, 53, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbiana County after officers assisted the sheriff’s office with service of papers at 1:16 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 600 block of Green Lane.
— Officers responded to the 100 block of Shadylane Drive at 10:02 p.m. Dec. 3 where a resident reported someone throwing two bricks or firing two shots through his window. Officers reviewed security footage and saw someone run up and throw something at the windows.
— An officer spoke with a Vine Street resident at 8:54 p.m. Dec. 3 who reported her son had come home with a friend who was trying to hide a handgun, and they fled from the home when she become aware of it. A short while later, the juvenile and his father arrived on station and said the gun was a BB gun. They were advised of the dangers of carrying the gun around.
— Police responded to the 500 block of Maryland Street at 7:16 p.m. Dec. 3 in reference to an overdose and found a man lying on the ground. Narcan was administered to the victim, who was transported to the hospital.
— Officers responded to the 1700 block of Etruria Street at 4:08 p.m. Dec. 3 in reference to a person to be removed and spoke with the person to be removed, taking her back to the police station to try and find her somewhere to stay.
— Officers responded to the 3200 block of Harriet Street at 10:27 a.m. Dec. 3 in reference to a vehicle circling the house following harassment on social media.
