— Officers responded on Nov. 5 at 4:19 p.m. to an unspecified city residence where a father reported his juvenile son being unruly. The juvenile tried to run from the residence when officers arrived. Officers told him multiple times to stop but he did not. After the juvenile fell while running, officers were able to put him in handcuffs. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Tobin Center.
