— Officers were called for a hit-skip at the American Legion on Oct. 17 at 9:47 p.m. Officers arrived and spoke with a female who said that someone backing up their truck hit her boyfriend’s car causing a dent in the front passenger door. A witness who saw what happened described the driver and the truck to officers. Officers found Rowdy Fickes, who matched the description, and he admitted he hit the vehicle. He also said he did not have a license. Fickes, age and address not provided, was cited for driving under suspension and failure to control.

— An officer got a statement on Sept. 18 at 11:11 a.m. from a woman who said she witnessed a female with a bike that had been reported stolen several days earlier. The witness also provided video footage that shows the female riding the bike.

— Officers spoke with a male on Nov. 4 at 12:20 p.m. who reported that his girlfriend took his credit card out of his wallet and was making purchases for her Comcast and Verizon bills. The male brought bank statements from the purchases and told officers he never gave her permission to use the card. Officers spoke with the girlfriend who denied using the card. Officers are waiting for bank statements from the girlfriend where she said she paid the bills and screenshots from where they agreed he would pay the phone and cable bills. An investigation is pending.

— Patrolmen were dispatched on Nov. 5 at 3:46 a.m. to the 1000 block of Anderson Avenue for a neighbor dispute. A male reported his neighbor John Thompson, age and address not provided, caused damage to the top of a cement gnome on his property. The two parties were advised to stay away from each other for the night. Officers were called back the following morning on Nov. 5 when the neighbor reported Thompson was again throwing things at his house. Thompson was charged with criminal damaging.
