St. Clair Township Police

— An officer took a report from a male on Nov. 3 at 9:51 p.m. from a male who said that while he was shopping at Dollar General on Nov. 2 around 8 p.m., someone struck the back of his pickup truck, but he didn’t notice the damage until he got home.

— Officers responded to Walmart parking lot on Nov. 3 at 7:12 p.m. to speak with a female regarding a protection order. The female has a protection order against another female who was inside Walmart.

— An officer conducted a traffic stop on Nov. 4 at 6:49 p.m. for a vehicle going left of center and a defective exhaust. The driver, Kory Flowers, age and address provided, who was found to have a suspended and expired driver’s license, was cited for driving in marked lanes. The vehicle was towed by Calcutta Towing.

— The manager of Dollar General reported that a male walked into the store and took a full rack of Bic lighters from the shelf. The officer responding requested security footage from the incident.

— Harleigh Crawford, 51, address not provided, was arrested for an active warrant and received additional charges for drug paraphernalia and possessing drug abuse instruments. There are other charges pending the outcome of BCI results. Crawford was arrested after an officer responded on Nov. 5 at 6:53 p.m. to the area of state 267 and Y & O Road for a female in distress who was crying and asking for rides to East Liverpool.

— An officer responded on Nov. 6 at 10:50 p.m. to the 12000 block of Echo Dell Road for threats being made to a male over the phone. The threats included a male saying he was loading his gun and going to kill his boyfriend and then coming to kill him.

— A female spoke to an officer over the phone on Nov. 6 at 7:01 p.m. regarding her son making threats that he was going to cause her harm by damaging her house. She did not want to file charges, just make a report.

— Shannelle Romana, 27, address not provided, was charged with petty theft and issued a summons after officers responded to Walmart on Nov. 9 at 5:40 p.m. Romano was taking drinks from the store coolers and drinking them without purchasing them and failed to scan 30 items totaling 126.81 at the self-check-out.

— An officer sitting stationary on Old Fredericktown Road on Nov. 11 at 8:52 p.m. conducted a traffic stop after a plate he ran came back expired. The driver, John Cox, no age or address listed, who was driving on a suspended license, was cited for driving under suspension and the vehicle was towed by Calcutta Towing.

— An officer responded to the 46000 block of Wyoming Avenue on Nov. 12 at 8:08 p.m., for a possible break-in. The officer searched the residence and surrounding area and advised the homeowner there was no one outside her home. The female said someone was banging on her door and prying at the handle and said there have been people messing around her house before and she wanted a report on file.
