Lisbon Police

— A caller from Opportunity Homes reported at 6:55 a.m. Nov. 4 that a call was received from a blocked number from someone who was in McDonald’s trying to locate the building. She said that was suspicious and they had incidents in the past involving employees and their ex’s. She had not seen anyone at McDonald’s and alerted their other building. Police checked the area and did not see anything suspicious.

— During a traffic stop at 12:36 a.m. Nov. 4 on West Lincoln Way, K-9 Otis indicated to the presence of a narcotic odor. Drug paraphernalia and drug instruments were seized and placed in evidence for destruction.

— During a traffic stop at 6:16 a.m. Nov. 3 on North Market Street for speeding, police smelled marijuana and seized it from the vehicle and placed it in evidence for destruction.

— Police responded at 9:10 p.m. Oct. 29 for one to be removed from a North Vine Street property where parties involved expressed concern regarding custody of a child and property still in the residence. They were told to contact legal counsel due to the issues being civil.

— Police at 11:13 p.m. Oct. 28 checked the 300 block of East Washington Street for a juvenile with an active warrant for unruliness, but did not find the juvenile.

— A choking 1-year-old child was reported on Sherman Street at 7:21 p.m. Oct. 28, but upon police arrival, the mother reported the child stopped choking. Officers didn’t see any signs of distress when looking at the child.

— Illegal dumping was reported at Huntington Bank in Lisbon at 7:53 p.m. Oct. 27.

— Police officers were called at 5:22 a.m. Oct. 23 to Green Tree Place for a person outside screaming, but nobody could be found.

— An alarm was reported at 3:04 a.m. Oct. 23 at Dollar General, Rose Drive, but the doors and windows were all secure.
