— An officer at 1:45 p.m. Nov. 16 went to Hornsby House on Rose Drive to find out who keeps calling 911 and leaving an open line. A woman said her phone was broken. She was told to shut it off and turn it back on to see if that fixes the problem.

— An officer responded to Green Street at 4:43 p.m. Nov. 14 for a suspicious male in a blue Buick. He said he was waiting on a friend who lives across the street. The caller said she didn’t realize he was waiting on someone. She wasn’t familiar with the vehicle.

— A group of suspicious people was reported walking with flashlights on state Route 154, Lisbon at 7:21 p.m. Nov. 13, but was not found.

— Police responded at 7:02 p.m. Nov. 13 to West Washington Street for an incident involving a man and a woman. The woman said he had been videoing her and said he was going to call the cops, so she called. Police talked with both of them and they agreed to get along.

— A man reported at 12:49 p.m. Nov. 13 that he removed a sign at the corner of West Lincoln Way and Logtown Road after he said it was blocking the view when pulling from Logtown Road. He had called numerous people about moving the sign, but it was still there. Police contacted the sign owner, who said someone had been coming that day to move the sign.

— A caller at 2:02 p.m. Nov. 12 advised of a child in a vehicle at Save A Lot on Lincoln Way that wasn’t buckled in correctly. An officer advised the driver of the call and he said he hoped the child was buckled in correctly but was not sure. He said he doesn’t normally drive his grandson around. The officer checked to make sure the seat was proper and secure and it was.

— A 911 hangup call was reported at 10:37 p.m. Nov. 11 on West Pine Street. The caller reported an argument over a vehicle. The other person was not present and nothing physical took place.

— A reckless driver was reported at 9:52 p.m. Nov 11 in the area of Lincoln Way and Market Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the officer learned the driver was talking with vehicle occupants regarding directions causing them to travel outside the travel lane. There were no signs of impairment.

— Police were called at 8:43 a.m. Nov. 11 to Lepper Library, East Lincoln Way, for a man sleeping outside. He told the officer he was homeless. When asked if he needed help or EMS, he said no and that he had been in contact with an agency about housing.

— All terrain vehicles were reported racing within the roadway in the 300 block of East Washington Street at 9:27 p.m. Nov. 10. An officer located the ATV involved and told the operator to stay off of the road due to not having appropriate traffic signals.

— A reckless vehicle was reported at 7:47 p.m. Nov. 10 on U.S. Route 30 heading into Lisbon, but was not found.

— At 10:12 p.m. Nov. 9, officers responded to East Pine Street for a welfare check on a female since she and her boyfriend were fighting. Officers spoke with both parties and they said everything was ok. At 11:40 p.m., officers were called back for a possible active domestic. Officers found it was a dispute. The female said she would leave for the night. Officers gave her a courtesy transport to a residence in the village.

— Police were called at 10:06 p.m. Nov. 8 to Days Inn on state Route 154 for a report about a female who was asking about a room that didn’t exist and claimed she drove over an hour to have sexual activity with a male staying at the hotel. She then claimed she had been raped by the male but did not know his name or what he looked like. She wanted to look at the hotel’s cameras. She was told she would have to come back during the day and that maybe the police could help. Police were then told she began to act weird and left before police arrived. She never called the department, but was described as 20 to 30 years old with pink and blonde hair.

— A woman on East Washington Street reported at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 8 that her car was covered in eggs. She said she observed paint chipping and scratches and believed it was from the eggs. She had learned from neighbors that someone had been egging houses and cars. Officers told her they were still trying to locate the people involved.
