— Officers responded to a call on Sept. 28 at 11:23 p.m. in the 300 block of Moore Avenue for a complaint of a tenant constantly screaming. Officers knocked on the door for several minutes but got no response.

— Officers were dispatched to Heights Manor on Sept. 29 at 1:10 a.m. for a possible domestic dispute. The caller said they could hear their neighbors arguing. Officers spoke with the parties who said they were arguing but nothing physical occurred.

— Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Wilbert Avenue on Sept. 29 at 12:52 p.m.

— Officers on Sept. 29 at 2:34 p.m. took a report from a female who had $5,000 withdrawn from her account at the Clearview Federal Credit Union on Sept. 27. A female entered the credit union, presented an ID and made the withdrawal and left. The real owner of the account was notified by text from the bank the transaction was approved from her account.

— Officers responded on Sept. 29 at 10:22 p.m. to the 700 block of Avondale Street for a possible fight. Both parties involved told officers the fight was only verbal.

— Officers responded on Sept. 29 at 3:26 p.m. to a domestic situation in the 800 block of Riverview Street. When the officers arrived, they were told by the parties that the situation was under control and police presence was not needed.

— On Sept. 29 at 2:03 a.m. an officer assisted with a traffic stop on state Route 39. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle but nothing illegal was found.

— Officers were dispatched to Ohio Avenue on Sept. 29 at 12:37 a.m. for a report of loud music. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate any music.

— An officer took a report on Sept. 29 at 2:48 p.m. from a male who said his Pennsylvania Avenue property was broken into multiple times and multiple items were stolen.

— An officer on Sept. 29 at 9:08 a.m. issued a parking citation for a vehicle being parked against the flow and parking too close to the corner. The vehicle was located on Michigan Avenue near Elizabeth Street.

— An officer took a report on Sept. 29 at 8:01 a.m. for an unknown juvenile who pushed over a fountain at the Fawcett Apartments. A video showed the juvenile leaving the scene and walking into the building with two unidentified adults. The officer spoke to the tenant of the apartment the juvenile went to and was told the tenant babysits the boy but did not know his name or his parents. The tenant was served with an eviction notice over the incident. Investigation is pending receipt of the video from CMHA.

— Officers on Sept. 29 at 7:33 p.m. searched for a male who was suicidal. The caller told officers the male was just driving around the city. An officer talked with the male about the issues he was having and the male told the officer he would not harm himself.

— Officers responded on Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. to Blakely Street for a group of kids annoying the neighborhood. The officer advised the children to head home.

— A female came to the station on Sept. 29 at 2:09 p.m. to report another female following her around town and making threats. She told officers she just wanted to file a report in case something happened.

— An officer spoke with a female on Sept. 29 at 9:04 p.m. who said she was getting threats from a male recently arrested. The officer advised her how to file for a protection order.

— Officers on Sept. 29 checked empty residences on St. George Street for a subject but did not locate him in any of the empty homes.
