Columbiana
— Police attempted a welfare check at a Maplewood Drive home at 7:51 p.m. Nov. 5. After making entry, officers called EMS and the patient was transported to the hospital.
— Robert P. Dirocco, 40, Columbiana, was charged with OVI following a complaint of an intoxicated driver at a business in the 300 block of North Main Street at 7:50 p.m. Nov. 4.
— Officers seized several items of narcotic contraband during a traffic stop in the 44000 block of state Route 14 at 7:25 p.m. Nov. 3. The matter was turned over to the Columbiana County Drug Task Force.
— Police responded to an 1100 block Village Plaza business at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 3 in reference to a patient wrecking the office. The patient left before officers arrived, but officers were able to contact her by phone and issue her a trespass warning. Charges are pending availability of the property owner.
— Cynthia Williams, 75, East Palestine, was arrested on an outstanding warrant through the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of state Route 14 at 7:36 p.m. Nov. 2.
— Megan Cameron, 38, East Palestine, was charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest during an investigation at the Oakmont Plaza at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 2 in which she was the suspected of assault. During the investigation, she allegedly attempted to flee, began to scream belligerently, push officers and resist arrest. The assault was found to have occurred in East Palestine and the investigation was turned over to that police department.
— Drake A. Youngblood, 44, Struthers, and Brian D. Byo, 53, Struthers, were summoned for possession of marijuana and other THC products at 4:35 p.m. Nov. 2.
— Police received a report at 2:56 p.m. Nov. 1 of people at the Upper Room Fellowship receiving scam texts.
— Brandi Pulver, 30, Eldersville, Pa., was charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and child endangering following a traffic stop on state Route 7 near state Route 14 at 11:03 p.m. Oct. 28 in which she was a passenger. The driver, Joshua Kennedy, 32, Eldersville, Pa., was charged with OVI, OVI breath greater than .17 and child endangering.
— Ian Pagan, 18, Youngstown, was charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possessing a defaced firearm following a traffic stop at state Route 7 and Metz Road at 10:23 p.m. Oct. 28.
