— Officers spoke with a juvenile who was out past curfew at Reilly Stadium at 12:53 a.m. Tuesday. Officers returned the juvenile to her residence and advised their guardian that any further violations could result in charges.

— Officers responded to Centennial Park at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday for a report of people being loud. Officers checked the entire park, but nobody was located.

— Officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of East Fourth Street at 11:32 p.m. Monday for a report of two individuals knocking on the caller’s door and fleeing the area. Officers checked the area and surrounding street, but nobody was located.

— Officers responded to Circle K at 10:50 p.m. Monday for a report of a group of disorderly people in the parking lot. Officers were unable to locate the person due to them leaving the area prior to their arrival. Officers advised the employees to contact them if there were any further issues.

— Officers responded to Walmart at 7:42 p.m. Monday for a report of an employee being bitten by a customer’s dog. Officers spoke with the staff and the owner and were advised the employee was attempting to help a customer when the customer’s chihuahua bit the employee’s left forearm. Officers observed the bite to be very minor and did not appear to have broken the skin. Photographs were obtained and the employee refused medical treatment. The report will be forwarded to the city health department.

— John Douglas III, Salem, was cited for driving under suspension and a stop-sign violation after his eastbound vehicle on East Pershing Street failed to stop at the four way stop and struck a unit driven south on South Union Avenue by Bridgett Cutlip, Salem, at 5:25 p.m. Monday.

— Officers responded to the 1500 block of Southeast Boulevard at 5:15 p.m. Monday for a wellness check. Officers spoke with the person in question and contacted a peer supporter to come speak with them. The peer supporter took them out of the house for a while to go get some food and officers advised them to call back if necessary.

— Officers responded to the 1500 block of Merle Road at 4:42 p.m. Monday for a speak with officer report. The caller advised that her daughter’s boyfriend is coming to the residence and causing problems. The caller wanted the boyfriend to stop coming to the residence and not talk to her daughter. Officers contacted the boyfriend and his parents and advised them of the complaint and that he is not welcome at the residence.
