Leetonia

-Officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Ridge Street at 9:42 a.m. Friday to check for a person with a warrant out of Columbiana County for aggravated menacing. Officers obtained permission to search the residence and located the person, Shane Meade, 44, Leetonia, in the basement. Mead was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Columbiana County Jail.

Salem

– A Continental Drive resident reported at 12:09 p.m. Friday a relative went to his residence and found items missing. The resident said he will provide a list of the missing items to officers once he is able to return home.

– James Ritenour, no age listed, Alliance, was cited for failure to yield at an intersection following a two-vehicle crash at East State Street and South Cunningham Road at 12:10 p.m. Friday in which he failed to yield at the traffic light while making a southbound turn onto Cunningham Road, striking a southbound vehicle driven by Stephanie Boettcher, no address listed, Leetonia. No injuries were reported.

– Officers responded to the 300 block of Park Avenue at 6:03 a.m. Friday in reference to a woman sleeping near the roadway. Officers found the woman to be awake and she was advised of the complaint and sent on her way.

Goshen

–Gene Robin, 47, Beloit, was cited for no operator’s license and expired registration after a random registration check on his northbound vehicle on Main Street showed the owner not to have a driver’s license, and the registration to be expired at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday.

–Donna Mithell, 61, Spring Hill, Florida, was cited for speeding after her eastbound vehicle on Barber Avenue was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

–Alexander Clingerman, 25, Youngstown, was cited for speeding and driving under suspension after his southbound vehicle on Lehman Mills was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 9:54 p.m. Tuesday.

–Richard Retort, 53, Edinburg, Pennsylvania, was cited for a seatbelt violation, and given a verbal warning for speeding after his westbound vehicle on Fifth Street was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday.

–Verdis Hydrick, 83, Kensington, was cited for speeding after his northbound vehicle on Main Street was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

–Michael Miller, 28, Lisbon, was cited for failure to reinstate stemming from a traffic stop after his vehicle on Egypt Road failed to signal before making a right turn onto Main Street at 4:50 p.m. Monday.

–Collen Head, 53, Sangerfield, was cited for driving under suspension after a random registration check on her vehicle on Alliance Salem Road showed the owner to be suspended at 6:10 p.m. July 8.

–Michael Murray, 48, Alliance, was cited for driving under suspension stemming from a traffic stop after his vehicle on Alliance Salem Road was observed to have the heat frame dragging on the road at 4:00 p.m. July 8.

–Pasquale Larocca, 44, Canfield, was cited for speeding after his eastbound vehicle on West Western Reserve Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 12:40 p.m. July 8.

–Kathy Felger, 67, New Waterford, was cited for speeding after her westbound vehicle on West South Range Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 8:09 a.m. July 7.

–Jamie Ingledue, 41, Salem, was cited for driving under suspension stemming from a traffic stop after his eastbound vehicle on West South Range Road was observed with a plate boarder covering the registration and county stickers at 6:57 p.m. July 6.

–Officers responded to a residence in the 18000 block of Fifth Street at 6:28 a.m. July 6, for a civil issue. The caller advised that maintenance had damaged his siding while moving a pile of soil. Officers advised him the matter was a civil issue.
