LISBON -- An East Liverpool man accused of committing burglary at a home on Baum Street, East Liverpool in 2020 entered a guilty plea to a lesser included offense last week in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
Zackery Young, 23, pleaded guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony, with sentencing set for Sept. 22. He was originally charged with a second-degree felony burglary count for the Feb. 11, 2020 incident.
Also recently in Common Pleas Court:
-- Kendall Rollines, 32, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to attempted compelling prostitution, a fourth-degree felony lesser included offense, a fourth-degree felony of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and misdemeanor engaging in prostitution. He had originally been charged with third-degree felony compelling prostitution, along with the other charges. A charge of possessing criminal tools will be dismissed. Sentencing was set for Sept. 18. Rollines was accused of answering an undercover ad for a female and a 15-year-old girl, arranging for sexual contact with them in exchange for $70 and arriving for the meeting Nov. 5, 2022 in East Palestine.
-- Cory Haueter, 36, Georgetown Road, Salem, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, with sentencing set for Aug. 18, for possessing methamphetamine on Nov. 19, 2020.
