Allison Erwin, 17, East Rochester, president of Columbiana County Jr. Fair Board and 2025 Columbiana County Jr. Fair and 4H Queen, is working to organize an All IN Livestock Inclusion Show for the 2026 Columbiana County Fair. LISBON — A New Waterford man accused of kidnapping a woman from a daycare parking lot in Columbiana and forcing her to a secluded area while armed with a pistol entered a not guilty plea to the indictment, which includes a first-degree felony kidnapping charge.
