EAST LIVERPOOL — Tri-State Area Tuition Mission Foundation (TMF) President Jackman S. Vodrey has announced the 2026 – 2027 tuition awards. TMF is awarding $181,000 to 22 area students. The top award was $10,000, which 12 of the 22 recipients were awarded. TMF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable foundation which was launched in 1962 as the Tri-State Area Citizens’ Scholarship Foundation.
