SMITH TWP. (WKBN) — A man is facing felony charges after police say he abused a person associated with a facility for developmentally disabled adults during a visit with family. Glenn Martin III, of Alliance, is facing charges of patient abuse, a third-degree felony, and caretaker assault on a functionally impaired person, a fourth-degree felony. COLUMBIANA — The Columbiana School District has entered Phase II of its Athletic Facilities Plan and that includes the redesign of the Cross Country course.
