LISBON — The jury trial for Amanda M. Kiger and River Valley Organizing for allegedly stealing charitable donations for personal use is now rescheduled for 8:30 a.m. Feb. 16. Fair board pleased with attendance

CANFIELD — Attendance at this year’s Canfield Fair fell below 2025 figures, but not by much. Fair officials reported the 2026 attendance for the six days of the fair at 264,538. The five-year average is 267,615, making this year only 1.16% below that average. The opening-day attendance on Wednesday was 20,554. Fair officials said it was the lowest since 2021 when only 17,549 people came through the gates. Last year’s Wednesday total was 27,916.
