Friends of East Palestine library to hold silent auction, book sale

EAST PALESTINE — The Friends of the East Palestine Memorial Public Library are holding their annual silent auction and book sale from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The book sale will feature a $7 bag sale and will take place in the Library basement. The silent auction will take place in the Library community room. SALEM — The Brightside Project will sponsor its 4th Annual Golf Outing June 20 at Flying B Golf Course in Salem. This community fundraiser will bring together golfers, local businesses, and supporters for a day on the course while raising funds to support children in Columbiana County and rural Mahoning County. CCBDD approves sponsorship for junior fair all in show

LISBON – Superintendent Bill Devon in his report to board members during the May 20 meeting of the Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD) said the Robert Bycroft School held their graduation on May 14 and their field day on May 8 and everyone had a great time.
