McHenry, 40, North Ellsworth Avenue, will now face a jury trial at 9 a.m. Dec. 8 and a final status hearing at 9 a.m. Nov. 23 in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court before Judge Megan Bickerton. PERRY TOWNSHIP—The board of trustees gave retroactive approval for a transfer between the township’s accounts in its meeting Monday. The trustees voted unanimously to retroactively approve the transfer of $15,031.41 from the General Fund to the Police Levy Fund on Dec. 24.
