Columbiana approves annual Street Fair, with some minor changes

COLUMBIANA — The city’s annual Street Fair received approval from City Council recently, and this year’s event will include a few minor changes. Street Fair organizer Jacob Sevek of the Columbiana American Legion presented the plans to council last week. The 139th annual Street Fair will take place Sept. 10-12. “There are some changes this year, thanks to progress on Main Street and uptown, so I am very excited about it,” Sevek said. OSU Student Send-Off Picnic Set for Aug. 13 The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Columbiana County will hold its annual Summer Student Send-Off Picnic on Thursday, Aug. 13 at Pavilion 4, Firestone Park, Columbiana.
