COLUMBIANA — The Columbiana School District has entered Phase II of its Athletic Facilities Plan and that includes the redesign of the Cross Country course. BELOIT — The West Branch Board of Education approved bids for roofing work at Knox Elementary in its July meeting. The board of education unanimously approved a $181,000 bid from Skyline Roofing and another $189,550 bid from Aztec Roofing. BEAVER TWP. (WKBN) – An East Liverpool man is facing felony charges after a reported police chase in a stolen vehicle. A woman called 911 just before 8:30 a.m. Thursday to report that she had been assaulted and her vehicle was stolen in Beaver Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Troopers located the stolen vehicle shortly after that and attempted to pull it over, but reported that the driver refused to stop, leading them on a chase.
