Tops 1341 meeting

Tops 1341 met at the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church on Aug. 3, with Mary Gailey, facilitator, presiding. Chris Plunkett was the best loser and Cheryl Myers was the runner up. They chose no eating after supper and ice cream as the junk foods for the next week. The drawing winners were: 50/50, Becky Andrews; food chart and junk food, Marlene Reynolds; and weight loss, Plunkett. Myers was in the best losers book. WLC club meeting

The WLC club met on July 28 with leader Mary Jarvis opening the meeting with roll call, the club pledge, and then Barb Q led the group in prayer. Barb Tranter was the best loser for the week and she also wore the officer’s ribbon. The no-no is all potatoes. Linder Servers had 10 pounds off and will receive two weeks dues paid. Next week is the picnic at the home of Sally Workman. Alice Evkstein won the Challenge and Tranter won the 50/50 drawing.
