Trash will be collected in East Liverpool on Labor Day Trash is being collected from East Liverpool residents on the upcoming Labor Day holiday. The city refuse and recycling department employees are scheduled to work Monday, Sept. 7. Residents whose trash is normally collected on Monday are asked to have their carts set out at the curb for pick up as usual. COLUMBIANA — An event honoring the lives of the 343 New York firefighters who died in the line of duty on Sept. 11, 2001 is being held at the Crestview High School.
