Hanoverton Community Corn Roast set for Saturday The annual Hanoverton Community Corn Roast will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the new Hanoverton Fire Department on Chestnut Lane. The event was started in 2014 by the late former Hanoverton Mayor Dan Kibler. Following his death, the organizing committee chose to continue the tradition as a way to serve and connect with the community. The Corn Roast provides a free meal for area residents and is made possible through the generous support of local businesses and donations from attendees. Local hospitals recognized for advancing care for heart disease, stroke

YOUNGSTOWN – The East Liverpool City Hospitaland Aultman Alliance Community Hospitalhave been recognized by the American Heart Association for advancing quality care for heart disease and stroke. The two hospitals are among 102 across the state the heart association is recognizing through the Get With The Guidelines quality improvement programs.
