The East Liverpool City Health District will hold a Bicycles and Helmets Giveaway from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the East Liverpool City Hospital Community Festival on W. Sixth St. across from the hospital. East Liverpool City Community Outreach Coordinator Darlene Kinsey displays the children's bicycles that were donated by Paula and Brian Vaughn of the East Liverpool Kiwanis Club and from Dan and Jaime Williams from East Liverpool. The winners of these bicycles will be drawn from those who register at the health department tent during the festival. The drawing will be held at noon with the lucky winners to be announced that day. The health department will also be fitting and giving away free bicycle helmets courtesy of a grant from "Put a Lid on It." (Submitted photo)
