Community Day Camp of North Lima soup sale
Community Day Camp of North Lima will host a homemade soup fundraiser. Orders will be pre-sale only. Order by calling Mt. Olivet United Church of Christ at 330-549-2169 by Nov. 8. Orders can be picked up on Nov. 14 from 10 to 11 a.m at Calvary United Methodist Church, 12062 South Ave., North Lima. Choices of soup are: baked potato, vegetable beef, 15-bean soup, wedding soup and broccoli soup for $10 per quart. All proceeds will benefit the community day camp program from July 26 to July 30, 2027.
Santa Paws is Coming to Town in Columbiana
Santa Paws is Coming to Town from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Columbiana Firestone Park Pavilion #4 (Mirror Lake Pavilion) to benefit the Columbiana County Humane Society. Sessions include two to five digital photos of one's pet and can also include family members and a special gift from Santa. The event will include a bake sale, raffle baskets and pet gift items. Mahoning County Model Club meeting
The Mahoning County Model Club monthly meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Bellaria Pizza, 8485 Market St., Boardman. Come at 5 p.m. for social hour. Anyone interested in flying radio controlled aircraft is welcome to attend and, if interested, join the organization.
