The second phase of the pavement rehabilitation on U.S. Route 30 near West Point will begin Monday. Construction will be active at the U.S. Route 30/State Route 11 interchange, which will be closed. So will the U.S. 30 westbound ramp and the state Route 11 northbound ramp from U.S. 30/East Liverpool Road. The closure will be for 30 days. The detour for U.S. 30 westbound, continue north on state Route 11 to the exit for state Route 154, then state Route 11 southbound back to U.S. 30 westbound. Additional sections of U.S. 30 will close in 2027. The overall project completion date is Oct. 31, 2027.
