The Glamorgan Castle Jeep Show and Duck Race will be held on Sunday, Oct. 4, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Glamorgan Castle in Alliance. Bring your Jeep (all models welcome) and park it on the castle lawn for an afternoon of fun. Non-Jeeps may park in the parking lot and enjoy the music, food vendors, and participate in the duck race at 3 p.m. Entry fee of $25 includes castle tours for two and your Jeep could win a trophy. Adopt a duck for $5, or five ducks for $20, 13 ducks for $50, or 30 ducks for $100. Cash prizes are $200 for first place, $100 for second place, and $50 for third place. Tickets for the duck race will be available during castle tours from Castle Crusaders, treasurer@glamorgancastle.org, and will also be available the day of the race on the grounds.
