Barnyard Buddies enjoy friendship and celebrate accomplishments

The Barnyard Buddies 4-H Club wrapped up another successful 4-H year at the Columbiana County Fair. After months of hard work, dedication and preparation, members brought their projects to the fair and showed off everything they had learned throughout the year.
From working on projects to preparing for judging and enjoying time together as a club, the Barnyard Buddies had plenty to celebrate. Members put in countless hours learning new skills, caring for their projects, and doing their best to represent their club through community service opportunities. All that hard work paid off as members received recognition for their accomplishments at the fair.
The following Barnyard Buddies members achieved outstanding accomplishments at the Columbiana County Fair: Natalie Essick for 1st place in weight class Dairy Beef Feeder, Zane Betz for 1st place in weight class Dairy Beef Feeder, Landry Simon for 1st place in weight class Dairy Beef Feeder, Lacey Lindesmith for 1st place Bantam Skillathon and 1st place Bantam Showmanship Dairy Beef Feeder, Austin Lindesmith for 1st place Junior Skillathon, 1st place weight class, and Reserve Outstanding Project Dairy Beef Feeder, Karlee Essick for 1st place Intermediate Dairy Beef Feeder Showmanship, 1st place Intermediate Dairy Showmanship, Total Pounds Champion Cheese Cow, and 1st place Dam and Daughter, Emme Sanor 1st place in weight class Market Hog, Hali Sanor 1st place in weight class and 1st place Bantam Skillathon Market Hog, Case Sanor 1st place in weight class, 1st place in middle weight division, 1st place Senior Showmanship, Reserve Champion, and Grand Outstanding Project Market Hog, Cassady Deckerd 1st place Bantam Pygmy Goat Showmanship, Aubrey Korosy 1st place Rex Rabbit Breed Class, Scarlet Merrick 1st place in weight class and 1st place Bantam Showmanship Market Lamb.
The Barnyard Buddies are proud of every member who participated, completed a project, stepped outside their comfort zone or simply gave their best this year.
