East Liverpool library to sponsor jam session

The Carnegie Public Library and The Friends of Carnegie Library are sponsoring the inaugural Library Jam from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14. The event will be held at the Library and feature local musicians Doug and Dave Smith, Buddy Schneider and Rick Gilbert. Bring a chair and sit on the library lawn or in the street. Refreshments will available to purchase in front of the ELHS Alumni Center. ELHSAA will sell hot dogs, popcorn and drinks. Crockery City Creamery will be selling ice cream at the event.
