Teegarden Road closure
Teegarden Road between the Vincent Road intersections in Salem and Center townships will be closed Aug. 26 through 28 for a culvert replacement. The road will be closed at the project site but will be open to local traffic on either side of the construction site.
Rogers School Auction
The Rogers School Auction benefiting Pine Hollow Amish School will be held at 5 p.m. Aug. 28 at 46208 Pine Hollow Road, Rogers. Raffles include meat package from Kill Creek meat $10 per ticket or for $50 for six; $500 cash $5 per ticket or $20 for five; as well as several baskets. Food and drinks will be served. Salem Music Study Club
The Salem Music Study Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 908 Stewart Road, Salem. The program will be based on opera. There will be a meeting and then a program; members and guests are always welcome and refreshments will be provided. There will be plenty of parking in and around the address. Dues will be collected for members that have not or have received a booklet for the season. The club is a member of The Ohio Federation of Music Clubs and the National Federation of Music Clubs.
Leetonia HS Class of '66 class reunion
The Leetonia High School Class of 1966 will celebrate its 60th class reunion at noon on Sept. 30 at Mike's Penn Ave Grille in Salem. Those interested in attending or have questions should call Bette at 330-427-6634 before Sept. 15 so they can have a head count. Spouses are invited to attend.
