Bringing the big band sounds of Glen Miller, Tommy Dorsey and other favorites, the Swingtime Big Band will perform Sunday at 6 p.m. at Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem. Admission is free. Jim’s Roadhouse Burgers and Beef is returning with sandwiches and sides, while Totally 80’s Ice Ice Cream Shoppe will be available for dessert. Tickets will be sold for 50/50 drawings and for prizes donated by local businesses and by friends of the concert series. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. Parking is available at the park’s Sunset Boulevard entrance, or the Superior Avenue entrance, with limited handicap accessible parking.
