EAST LIVERPOOL -- City council will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. today in council chambers to amend the budget ordinance, authorize the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to manage the trail project, authorize repairs to state Route 39 water line crossover and consider legislation for business to provide Knox boxes for the fire department. The Safety and Rules Committee's regular meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.
The Streets Lands and Buildings Committee will hold a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in council chambers to consider language for a resolution to rename council chambers in memory of the late East Liverpool City Council President John Torma.
