EAST PALESTINE — The Friends of the East Palestine Memorial Public Library are holding their annual silent auction and book sale from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The book sale will feature a $7 bag sale and will take place in the Library basement. The silent auction will take place in the Library community room.

A preview night will be offered from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday. There is a $5 admission fee. The preview night is for the book sale only.

There is a selection of DVDs and puzzles this year along with a selection of hardback and paperback books which are shelved by authors and interests to make “shopping” easy.

There is a wide variety of items and gift certificates in the silent auction which have been donated by businesses and patrons of the library.
