Springfield Township and the Village of New Middletown are proud to honor 205 veterans with banners displayed throughout New Middletown, New Springfield and Petersburg.

The project began in January 2025 with the collection of veterans’ photos and information from local families. Through generous fundraising efforts, donations, and support from local businesses and community members, the banners were provided at no cost to the families.

This program was created to recognize and thank the men and women who have proudly served our country. The banners serve as a visible reminder of the sacrifices made by our Veterans and their families.

Those who helped make the project a success include veterans and their families, Springfield Township, the Village of New Middletown, D & B Signs for designing and supplying the banners, Edison Lighting for hanging the banners and community members, businesses, donors, and volunteers for their continued support and hard work.
