West Branch graduate Florence Turner of Leetonia recites her oath of office as a Columbiana County Assistant Prosecutor at the direction of county Prosecutor Vito Abruzzino at the county courthouse. Turner earned a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in developmental psychology from Youngstown State University and earned her law degree from Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Va.
