The East Palestine community turned out in force to celebrate the graduating class of 2026, and the 50th anniversary of the graduation of the class of 1976 at the district's 140th annual commencement ceremony Saturday. The class of 2026 included 71 graduates with five valedictorians. The ceremony was initially set to be held outdoors at Reid Memorial Stadium but was moved inside the high school auditorium due to a storm.
