ROSEVILLE, Calif. — The Always Best Care East Liverpool franchise has been recognized for its performance in 2025.

Always Best Care Senior Services, one of nation’s leading senior care franchise systems in the United States, honored its top-performing franchise owners, team members and caregivers during its annual awards ceremony, held as part of the brand’s annual franchise conference in Nashville, Tennessee, April 12-14. The awards recognized the best of the best based on year-end 2025 performance.

Always Best Care named Pam and Tony Puorro of East Liverpool as the 2026 Franchisees of the Year. The Puorros, who have been part of the Always Best Care system for more than a decade, were recognized for sustained growth, operational excellence, strong team development and active participation within the franchise network.

Their agency has built steady momentum over the years, including multiple consecutive years of strong growth. The Puorros are also long-standing members of an Always Best Care Performance Group and are highly respected by fellow franchise owners throughout the system.
