PERRY TOWNSHIP–Perry Township’s annual spring cleanup starts April 6.

While in years past the township has done its cleanup over the course of two weeks, this year’s collection will be only one week from April 6-10. Highland Creek and Pembrooke Drive will be picked up separately on April 8.

Only one pickup load will be taken per household. Items must be able to be lifted into the truck by one person. All hoses and cords must be tied. Tires are not being accepted. No garbage, glass, propane, propane jugs, air conditioners, televisions, computers, paints, chemicals, nor anything with freon will be accepted.

Township residents generally take advantage of the annual spring cleanup dates to get rid of unwanted furniture, junk tools, kid’s toys and other small household items that are no longer wanted.
