County port authority

The Columbiana County Port Authority will hold its bi-monthly meeting at 5 p.m. Monday at the port authority headquarters, Lincole Place, Lisbon.

County park district

The Columbiana County Park District announced a change in its April meeting, which will now be held at 11:30 a.m. April 15, which is a Wednesday. The board had already changed the time for the meeting and now the day is being changed.

East Liverpool library Easter

The East Liverpool Carnegie Public Library is inviting its younger patrons to hop into the library today from noon to 2 p.m. for photos with the Easter Bunny. Children will receive a polaroid photo of their visit with the Easter Bunny along with a book and a treat. The event, which is free and open to all ages, will also include crafts, games and surprises.
