R&R Paving is the Lisbon Area Chamber of Commerce’s November 2025 Business of the Month. Founded in 1989, R&R Paving is a locally owned and family operated business serving the region for over three decades. They specialize in asphalt paving for commercial parking lots, roadways, and residential driveways in eight counties across two states. Services include new asphalt installations, resurfaces and ongoing maintenance.
