Leetonia Elementary School will hold kindergarten screening for students entering kindergarten for the 2026/2027 school year on Wednesday, May 6 by appointment in the elementary school library.

Packets may be picked up in the elementary office beginning March 9. Appointments will be made when packet is picked up. Children who are age 5 by Sept. 30 are eligible to register for kindergarten. Parents or guardians should have the following information in order to register: child’s birth certificate, immunization records, two proof of residency, parent identification and custody papers if applicable.
