EP Drama Club unwraps another ‘Hometown Holiday’

EAST PALESTINE — The East Palestine Drama Club is preparing to open its third annual “Hometown Holiday” musical production, an event that has become the Bulldog community’s unofficial start to the holiday season.

The production will be presented at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, in the East Palestine Auditorium. Admission will be collected by donation, with all proceeds directed to local charities.

The show is a mix of seasonal music, storytelling and family-friendly entertainment performed by EPHS students. Rehearsals have been underway for several weeks.

“Our incredible students have been working tirelessly to bring you a truly unforgettable show,” Organizers said. “This year’s production is sure to fill your heart with joy and holiday cheer. You won’t want to miss this.”

In addition to the performance, the weekend will include a 50/50 raffle, concessions and a community holiday sing-along. Special guest appearances are also planned.

The annual show was created to give students an opportunity to perform while supporting charitable causes during the holiday season.

The event is open to the public, and families are encouraged to attend.

Starting at $2.99/week.
